At Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC,  we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation.

ONLINE SECURITY

At Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline. A valid ID will be required when you checking in.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.

MALOLO BED AND BREAKFAST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

** ACCOMMODATIONS BOOKINGS WITH MALOLO BED AND BREAKFAST

  • A 50% deposit is required in order to secure any accommodation booking with Malolo Bed and Breakfast in Washington, DC. Bookings are only confirmed once Malolo Bed and Breakfast has received the 50% deposit and the client has received a booking confirmation email from us.
  • Your room will be charged in full 7 days prior to your arrival.

  • Bookings can be made by telephone,or email. However, our online booking system is especially designed to assist us in ensuring that your needs are fully met and this is therefore the preferred mode of inquiry.
  • One night stays - Call us directly to make the booking. Cancellation policy see below.
  • RIDES: A requested ride requires a valid credit card for booking or reserving a ride with Malolo Vehicle.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT AT MALOLO BED AND BREAKFAST

  • Guests are welcome to check in to their accommodation between 3pm and 8:00pm on the day of arrival. Late arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement only. We understand there may be delays. Please call us 202.670.6332 or Email info@malolobandb.com, if you are running late so we can plan accordingly and wait for you.
  • There is an additional charge of $25 for check ins after 10 pm.
  • Guests are required to check out by no later than 11 am on the day of departure. Later checkout will result in the charging of a levy equal to one day's accommodation rate.
  • A valid ID and Credit Card is required for check-in.

SMOKING

For the comfort of our guests, smoking is ONLY allowed OUTSIDE in designated areas. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of stay and a minimum of $500 damages fee. This includes buying new mattresses, changing the carpet and sterilizing the room. Violations of RCW 70.160.050 -- Fine -- Enforcement

VALUABLES

Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or to their visitors.

  • It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC.
  • This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewelry, cash and vehicles.

GENERAL INDEMNITY FOR ACCOMMODATIONS

Whilest every care has been taken by Malolo Bed and Breakfast to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodations, Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.

LOSS OF DAMAGE TO MALOLO BED AND BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATIONS

Should Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC suffer any loss or damage as a result or omission by a guest or visitor or a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

PETS

Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC apologizes that we do not accept pets at this time

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY

  • No Children under age 12.
  • Ages 12 - 16   **Fees Apply
  • Additional air matteress available for a fee.

EXTRA ADULTS

  • Rooms are based on double occupancy - Extra Adult is $50
  • Max adults per room is 3.

RIGHTS OF ADMISSION RESERVED

Malolo Bed and Breakfast at all times reserves the full right of admission on accepts no liability for any loss or damage that my result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights Should Malolo Bed and Breakfast, LLC at any time need to exercise the right, no reimbrusements or refunds will be made in this regard.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.


 DEPOSIT POLICY:

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival.


NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:

The full amount will be charged at time of booking. There are no refunds for any cancellation for any reason.


Bookings can be made by telephone. However, our online booking system is especially designed to assist us in ensuring that your needs are fully met and this is therefore the preferred mode of inquiry.

In the event, you must cancel your reservation with us, Malolo policy requires all cancellation requests be submitted in writing to the following email address only info@malolobandb.com or call us directly.

In the event you do not receive a written confirmation reply back from our office, then your cancellation request has not been confirmed. Please call our office directly at (202).670.6332 for assistance with your cancellation request.
